DELFE is a group of architects and engineers specialising in the design, development and management of construction projects, with proven expertise in growth strategies for major cities within a modern and innovative architectural and technological framework.
The DELFE team built up extensive experience across the Arab world, in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah and Abu Dhabi) and in Qatar (Doha and Al Khor), throughout the boom years from 2003 to 2016, and continues to operate in these countries as well as in Bulgaria, Portugal and Greece (Corinth, Athens and Delphi).
Today, working in several African countries alongside international partners, notably the Republic of the Congo (Brazzaville), the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Kinshasa), Rwanda and Benin, the team is settling permanently in Côte d'Ivoire, a country of welcome and hospitality, with its sights set on a promising and prosperous future.
DELFE Sarl is a company incorporated under Ivorian law, founded in 2021 by architect Danny El Feghaly. The practice has taken the initiative of developing an ambitious project on this site, which we hope will become a model modern district for the future growth of Abidjan.
Danny El Feghaly is a qualified architect (DES) with a Master's degree in History and a postgraduate specialisation (DESS) in the restoration and rehabilitation of historic sites and monuments. Drawing on more than 20 years spent designing and developing major urban projects in Beirut, Dubai and Doha, he also brings extensive experience in Africa — a continent for which he has developed a particular affection, for both its hospitality and its architectural potential.
